Artist Bio - Meet Sue Hibbert
Sue Hibbert is an internationally exhibited and multi award-winning watercolour artist based in Western Australia.
Published both internationally and nationally, Hibbert’s practice has been featured in five solo exhibitions in the last decade and 30 select and curated group shows across Australia and in Italy, including the prestigious AIA International Watercolour Exhibitions in Alessandria, and also Menaggio.
In addition to her own practice, she is a passionate and sought-after educator, facilitating teaching in watercolour and plein air methods and concepts. Sue has taught classes at the Ellis house, Beaufort Street and Tresillian art centres for over 20 years and as well as two dozen art-tour workshops or guest demonstrator talks both overseas and in Western Australia.
